1. We recieve your clock
After receiving your clock we perform a thorough check of the case, glass, mechanism to confirm the work necessary.
2. Disassembly
Each piece is carefully evaluated to ensure no part is overlooked.
3. Detailed Cleaning
Restoration is a time consuming process and can only be accomplished by diligently cleaning and polishing each individual component.
4. Expert repair
Doug Povall is a master technician. He has over 25 years of repair expertise. He is the 3rd generation to run the family repair business. He is personally responsible for making sure you are thrilled with your repair.
5. Tolerance Testing
Every clock we repair undergoes several days of bench testing to ensure the accuracy of the mechanism.
(Usually a full running cycle of 1 week)
6. Completion & Delivery
Only when your clock looks and functions perfectly we will ship it to you. We have shipped thousands of clocks since the early 1900’s. Your clock will properly insured for shipping.
